This website presents Oenolist’s private wine portfolio software and assisted setup for Australian wine businesses. Oenolist is run by Vincent Ortiz, based in France. For enquiries about this page or your information, email contact@fichevin.fr.

Your enquiry details

When direct submission is available, your name, company, email and any optional range or message details are saved on the server so Vincent can respond to your enquiry. The website uses request limits and an automated spam check; hashed request identifiers may be stored for this purpose. Stored requests are accessible only to Oenolist administration. When direct submission is unavailable, the form prepares an email draft that you review and send yourself; the website does not save that draft as a received request. No automatic marketing subscription is created.

Please only include information you are authorised to share. Do not include sensitive product data in the initial enquiry. Arrangements for sharing a sample export and handling business files are agreed directly before the pilot.

The interactive example

The example price change, PDF and CSV generation run in your browser. They do not upload files or connect to an operational Oenolist workspace. The products, distributor name and prices in the example and sample PDF are fictional, and are not an offer for sale.

Cookies, hosting and external apps

The website code does not set tracking cookies or include advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical request information and use functionality needed to serve the site or manage access. Your email app and the hosting provider operate under their own privacy terms.

The proposed service

Prices and inclusions on this website are proposed starting terms. Final scope, timing, tax treatment, data handling and contractual terms are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. There is no automatic purchase or subscription on this website.
